Yes, Please.

First of all, no one here at charmedcity is getting married. Nor are we in any delusional pre-planning wedding haze. We just stumbled across this Monique Lhuiller dress and after getting over the atrocity of those shoes (seriously, stylist?) we needed to post it. It's fun, non-traditional, and fabulous- exactly what we'd look for in a wedding gown. Added bonus? At $10,000 (for, let's be honest, half a dress) we'd obviously be marrying into royalty to afford it.

We must admit, we're having a pretty tough time adapting to daylight savings. While gaining an hour (hellooooo extra sleep) is pretty fantastic, leaving the office in what feels to be the dead of night isn't so great. Rather than fighting it though, we have decided to embrace our newly found, albeit a figment of our imagination, nocturnality. So let's sleep til dusk, howl at the moon,  and bask in the that sultry street light glow.

Business Plan

We NEED one of these for next summer. We could get some oars, toss our vessel in the harbor and paddle to the party barge, Little Havanas and Nicks. After enough booze we could even venture over to Fells. To pay for our luxury cruiser, we'll use the umbrella and outside as ad space. We'll hire hot dudes to man the oars and to wave to all the drunk chicks on the Pirate ship while we slam beers and wonder aloud just how many extra arms we would grow were we to take a dip in the fetid harbor.

If anyone wants to buy ad space for our pipe dream, we'll take you on cruise.

Go Tell It on the Mountain

We'll be the first to admit that we are complete cityphiles. We love the traffic, the noise, the (sometimes questionable) smells, but OMFG. One look at this gorgeous wedding in the Mountains of Santa Monica, and we're suddenly craving lemonade from a mason jar, and a horseback ride.
